Shipping & Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days. For in-store pickup orders, the 14 days begin from the date of purchase. For shipped orders, the 14 days begin from the date your order was delivered.

We do not offer refunds; returns are for store credit or exchange only. A receipt is required for all exchanges or store credits. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

We carefully check each item before it leaves our shop. However, if a defect has been missed, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.

• If returning by mail, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
